Art Without Museum Walls

About Us

We are a team of high school students dedicated to more accessible arts education in San Diego and Tijuana. We believe that the deepest engagement with art comes from experiencing it up close, which is why, instead of assuming every student can visit a museum, we bring the museum to them!

Our Mission

Art history is an essential subject. Through a single painting, you can glimpse an individual, a movement, and an entire culture all at once. And yet, art history education remains largely inaccessible. It rarely fits into a standard K–12 curriculum, and seeing a famous work often requires a trip across the world to a distant museum. We're here to bridge that gap, and bring the museum directly to kids. Our portable gallery model uses high-quality reproductions of historically significant paintings to create an immersive, hands-on experience for children of all ages. Each visit pairs the artwork with an engaging oral presentation and interactive art activities that bring the pieces to life. We believe that every child deserves to stand before a masterpiece—regardless of museum walls.
